Welcome

Tolva is a Grade II listed 17th Century holiday cottage located in the heart of East Looe. Once used as the Customs House, contraband was stored here and suspected smugglers were questioned in its rooms. Now fully refurbished it offers high quality holiday accommodation for couples and families in a superb location wishing to enjoy this delightful Cornish harbour town.

Tolva has been completely refurbished by us and retains many of it's original features.  Ideally situated in the cobbled streets of the town it is perfect for couples, friends or families of four having two bedrooms - a double and a twin with feature cabin beds, an open plan living area, family bathroom and additional cloakroom and separate utility area.

A very short walk from the sandy beach, quay and river, it also has a wide selection of restaurants, pubs, eateries and shops close by.

East Looe affords a wide variety of activities and the South West Coastal path is easily accessed for stunning sea view walks.

Looe is the shark angling capital of Britain, but if you prefer a more sedate form of fishing then try your luck from Banjo Pier or take one of the many sea angling trips available from the historic quay. There are also pleasure cruises for you to explore this fantastic coastline with boats trips to nearby Polperro and Fowey.
